Our History

Tumaini Brother's Keepers

Tumaini Brother’s Keepers was birthed from an idea that originated from one Simon Ngorimo during a weekly fellowship meeting in Quakertown, Pennsylvania in 2013. The idea was to give back to the communities that natured the members of the fellowship as they were growing up. It was embraced by the members who agreed to carry the vision forward to a practical level. Members brought together their ideas and as a result Tumaini Brothers Keepers was born. Tumaini is registered under the laws of Pennsylvania USA and gifts given are tax deductible.

So far, Tumaini has had successful mission trips in 2015, 2018, 2021 and 2024, in the following areas:

  • 2015 – Kigoro in Murang'a County Kenya.
  • 2018 – Nyandarua Sofia (Kerima) area
  • 2021 – Kajiado Kiserian Area

Our Vision

To proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord and savior for all mankind through various godly means.

Our Mission

  • To evangelize through sharing the love of Jesus Christ to all.
  • Section 1. Purposes. Tumaini Brother’s Keepers is incorporated for the purpose of providing evangelical and charitable services to widows and widowers of Kenya and elsewhere.
  • To touch the lives of the needy in areas of spirituality, basic needs, health needs, all these through door-to-door ministry, open air crusades and medical campaigns.
  • To promote local church membership to new Christians in accordance with the word of God.

Values

Tumaini Brother's Keeper believes in the Holy Trinity: Three in one, God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, according to the Holy Bible.

Mission Rule

100% of funds raised shall solely be used for mission work.

Missionaries shall cater for the cost of their flights, food, and accommodation during the mission week.
